Fall Festival!

Will and I had a lovely time at Bright Horizon's Fall Festival yesterday. The kid cracks me up. First we found this hay pile where they hid some prizes for the kids. Will got to take home 4 little prizes...well, we brought home the 4 little toys he put in his mouth...and then I pulled him away because he could have done that all afternoon. A little girl picked out a little rubber ducky that had a pink wand and a pink tiarra and gave it to Will. I had to explain that one to Jason.

Then he just ran around the playyard for the rest of the 30 minutes we were there. He ventured over to the preschool area where little kids came running over to him yelling, "BABY!" and Will was looking around for said baby. Then they asked if they could pick him up. I said if they thought they could, sure - because I am after the mother of the year award. He was fine with the attention and found it funny when they picked him up.

There was a staute of a boy playing that Will was obsessed with. He kept running back to it and wanted to touch it. I thought it was funny and took a photo. No, he is not the Phantom of the Opera, the sun just hit him right along his eye.

So an all-around fun afternoon. Jason didn't come as it was at 4 and we did not plan on staying very long. Right now a half hour running after him through trees, bushes and hay stacks seems like plenty.
