18 Month Appointment!

Will is turning 18 months on Saturday, but this morning we had his 18 month doctor's appointment. He is happy and healthy! It seems like in the past week or so, his vocabulary seems to have grown. Even when the doctor asked him to look at her light, he looked right at her and said, "light". It was big for me since that was the first time he said it.
18 month stats:
Weight: 27lbs, 4oz (70%)
Height: 34.5 inches (97%...not surprised by this...)
Head circumference: 18.9 (60%)
Pretty much in the same percentiles that he has been in since he was born. Go Will! He is such a nut and makes us laugh all the time. We all had a laughing fit yesterday when he was sitting on my lap facing me and kept taking my hair and putting it over my face. I would blow it out of my face, which he found HILARIOUS! Then, of course, that got Jason and me going. Well, it was funny to us...
His doctor was impressed that when she asked him to help her pick up some stickers, not only did he pick them up, but he also went right to the drawer from where she grabbed them and put them back. It was cute.
All in all, he seems to be developing nicely. His teacher said he plays well with others and is very caring when other kids are upset. He also is a lover of the dance. In fact, I brought him in late today and the teachers were playing some music, trying to get the kids to dance. Will busts in and does the end scene from "Footloose" and got everybody moving. Like I said, he is a nut!
